5 μg先前批次的产品从500 μg的A431膜组分裂解液中免疫沉淀得到β-连环蛋白。
免疫细胞化学：
1-5 μg/mL先前批次的产品在用4％多聚甲醛固定并用0.25％Triton™X-100渗透的A431细胞的细胞间连接处获得了β-连环蛋白的阳性免疫染色。
免疫细胞化学分析：该抗体以1：100的稀释度在A431和HUVEC细胞系中检测到β-连环蛋白。

General description
