General description

Features and Benefits

  • Detect the Undectable: Detects IL-17F at concentrations as low as 200 fg/mL, enabling precise quantification of low-abundance cytokines in human plasma and serum.
  • Wide Dynamic Range: Standard curve spans 100-100,000 fg/mL, supporting both basal and elevated IL-17F levels in diverse sample types.
  • Advance Th17 Pathway Research: IL-17F is a critical cytokine in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as asthma, psoriasis, and IBD. This assay supports mechanistic studies and therapeutic development.
  • Enable Early Biomarker Discovery: Detect subclinical cytokine shifts with high sensitivity, ideal for identifying early disease markers and monitoring immune responses.

  • Standard Curve Range: 100-100,000 fg/mL
  • Intra-assay CV: <15%
  • Inter-assay CV: <20%
  • Linearity: Serum: 99% Plasma: 101%
  • Recovery: Serum: 94% Plasma: 105%

*Indicative LLOQ created from average of 14 independent in house runs, where >80% met same value defined with CV & Recovery +/- 20%. Refer to CoA for lot specific performance.

Other Notes

Although IL-17F was detectable in non-human primate samples, the assay has not been verified for these species.
