PCL particles are made with poly(Ɛ-caprolactone) with a MW of 14,000.To re-constitute:
10 mg/ml particle suspension in DI water. Sonicate or vortex the particles before each use.
- Warm to ambient temperature
- Add DI water or buffer to achieve desired concentration
- Vortex and sonicate for 5 minutes to ensure particles are well suspended

Plain PCL particles for testing system compatibility in drug delivery research. Particles can be used as carriers by attaching drug or biological/chemical entities to particle surface.
