丙烯酰氯是一种有机化合物,主要用作合成聚合物和共聚物的反应性单体,可广泛应用于胶粘剂、涂料、水凝胶涂料、药物缓释、水凝胶膜、有机电子器件和塑料等各个领域。吩噻嗪通常在聚合过程中用作丙烯酰氯的稳定剂。补给线以少量(400ppm)形式添加,可防止不必要的副产物的生成,并延长活性单体的保质期。它还可作为清除剂,用于清除在聚合过程中可能生成的自由基。
应用
丙烯酰氯可用作:
- 合成交联两性离子水凝胶涂层的单体,用于复杂介质的传感和检测。
- 通过与亲水性单体N,N-(二甲基丙烯酰胺)(DMAA)反应,合成交联水凝胶膜的反应物。所制备的水凝胶膜可进一步用于药物缓释。
