一般描述

抑制剂清除剂填充物和即用型一次性预包装填充柱可方便地除去试剂或溶剂中添加的少量抑制剂,这些抑制剂可使试剂或溶剂保持稳定。R:20-37 S:22-38-36
• 用于需要在使用前除去稳定剂或抑制剂(氢醌 (HQ)、对苯二酚单甲醚(MEHQ、4-甲氧基苯酚)或 4-叔丁基邻苯二酚 (TBC))的应用。
• 使用后填充柱可丢弃1,或用新的填充料填充全部容量的大约 3/4 即可再次使用。HQ/MEHQ 柱再填充量:约 21g。TBC 柱再填充量:约 30g。
• 近似柱容量:
HQ/MEHQ:3L (100ppm)
TBC:4L (15ppm)
• 建议不要将 TBC 柱和填充料用于极性溶剂,包括丙烯酸。建议这些应用中采用真空蒸馏。
操作简便:
1.
建议用少量单体预清洗预包装玻璃柱。
2.将单体(或溶剂)加入固定在柱上方的加料漏斗中。
3.将单体逐滴加入柱中。注意滴加速度,防止溢出柱。用适当的容器收集单体。
4.对于低熔点固态单体,使用过程中使柱温保持在熔点以上。
小心:过热可能使单体在柱上发生聚合。粘稠或高熔点单体应当用适当的溶剂稀释后再加入柱。
1未使用的柱可随固体化学废物一起丢弃。用过的填充料或填充柱应考虑单体(即将除去其中的抑制剂)的毒性和危害,再决定如何处理。

应用

抑制剂去除剂主要用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体(MMA)的纯化和对苯二酚的去除,其中MMA可用于合成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)。它也可以用于纯化和去除 N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)中的抑制剂,从而制造用于金属吸收的低成本吸收剂。

    This pre-packed inhibitor remover column is meant for single use but can be rinsed and reused. If time will pass between uses, this column can be rinsed with methanol, dried, capped on both ends, and stored in a tightly sealed plastic bag in the freezer at -20°C.
