一般描述

2-乙烯基吡啶（2VP）属于乙烯基单体。可用作合成聚(2-乙烯基吡啶)（P2VP）、聚(2-乙烯基吡啶-co-苯乙烯)、聚(2-乙烯基吡啶-co-丁二烯)等多种聚合物的单体。这些聚合物可用于膜和分离技术、离子交换树脂、电子设备、传感器、能量存储系统和药物输送系统。另外，由于粘合性能非常好，2VP聚合物被用作粘合剂和涂料的粘结剂。它们可以和各种基材牢固粘合。

2-乙烯基吡啶（2VP）是一种水溶性吡啶衍生物，可用于阴离子聚合法合成聚(2-乙烯基吡啶)（P2VP）。在150-200°C，用甲醛水溶液处理2-甲基吡啶，即可工业制备。[1][2][3]

应用

2-乙烯基吡啶可在以下反应过程中用作单体：
  • 制备P2VP低聚物，研究其在不同表面上的性质和行为，重点研究区域选择性沉积技术。
  • 合成pH响应型薄膜，可用于分离、过滤和催化等多种应用。
  • 合成可降解嵌段共聚物纳米多孔膜，它在能源催化和纳米颗粒合成等领域具有潜在应用前景。
  • 提高聚合物涂层对金属的防护效果。
另外，2VP还可用于染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)和锂离子电池等多种应用。[3][4]
