一般描述
3,4-二羟基-3-环丁烯-1,2-二酮,俗称方酸,广泛用于生物有机和药物化学。它是乙二醛酶、 semiqauric acid 、丙酮酸脱氢酶和转酮醇酶的抑制剂。 它可用作SH2结构域的肽配体中磷酸盐的替代物。它的衍生物是兴奋性氨基酸受体的高亲和力配体。这些衍生物也可用作小生物分子荧光检测用染料。
应用
