一般描述

来自溶组织梭菌(Clostridium histolyticum)的胶原酶是一种胶原分解酶。它与胶原蛋白样物质相互作用,将胶原蛋白降解成小分子肽。

应用

来自溶组织梭菌(Clostridium histolyticum)的胶原酶,可用于从许多类型的动物组织中分离细胞。VETEC IV型胶原酶具有较低的胰蛋白酶活性。它适用于消化胰腺中的胰岛细胞。

生化/生理作用

每摩尔胶原蛋白酶被4g原子钙活化。 它被乙二醇-双(β-氨基乙基醚)-N,NN′,N′-四乙酸,β-巯基乙醇、谷胱甘肽、巯基乙酸和8-羟基喹啉抑制。
