USP Oligosaccharide System Suitability Mixture B RS comprises high-mannose N-linked oligosaccharides along with small amounts of hybrid chains that were obtained from bovine ribonuclease B (RNase B) by PNGase F.

Oligosaccharide System Suitability Mixture B reference standard intended for use in specified quality tests and assays.

Also used to prepare AB and APTS-labeled standard solutions for liquid chromatographic and capillary electrophoresis separation labeling.

Additionally, used to separate high-mannose N-linked oligosaccharide chains.
