H2S 校正标准样含亚甲蓝浓缩液,一旦按 1:50 (v/v) 用水稀释后,可提供与硫离子浓度为 1.145μg/mL 的硫化氢在 665nm 处相同的吸收值。该浓度值是分光光度计线性范围之内最高的吸收值,而且可作为储存液制备校正曲线的标准样。该浓缩液可制备最多 50 个校正曲线,而且至少可稳定保存 1 年。
