    Polar and non-polar HPLC solvents can be used as mobile phases for the Supelcosil LC-SCX, within pH range of 2-7.  The mobile phase used for testing and shipping of the column is 0.05M KH2PO4 buffer (pH 3.5):acetonitrile (65:35).  Cleaning solvents include deionized water, methanol, acetonitrile, and methylene chloride.
