    No. The SUPELCOSIL LC-DIOL is very susceptible to cleaving of the phase using acids, therefore we do not recommend using acids, not even 1% acetic acid.

    Yes. Before moving from one mode to another, the column should be flushed thoroughly with IPA (isopropyl alcohol).
