一般描述

Ascentis 系列色谱柱是 Supelco 科学家推出的第四代 HPLC 色谱柱技术。Ascentis 系列色谱柱是以高纯硅胶为基质,孔径 100Å,硅胶粒径为 3、5 和 10 微米。该色谱柱用于小分子的应用,柱内径可从微径柱(1.0mm 内径)扩展到制备尺寸(50mm 内径)。该系列包括 C18、C8、苯基、Si 和内嵌极性基团相(反相酰胺)。
