General description
Polywax® 655, a polyethylene wax, is a high molecular weight hydrocarbon standard for high temperature simulated distillation or gas chromatography analysis.
Application
Polywax® 655 has been used as a standard for the baseline subtraction basically to avoid baseline perturbations, in the simulated distillation of wax samples, using supercritical fluid chromatography and high temperature gas chromatography method of analysis.
