一般描述

Supelite DAX-8是一种非官能化树脂,含有强烈的疏水性有机物质,可与腐殖酸和富里酸一起使用。它也称为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂。

应用

Supelite DAX-8在以下应用中用作吸收剂:
  • HPLC-SEC成分分离系统
  • 柱色谱
  • 提取过程和使用Cary Eclipse荧光分光光度计分析这些提取物
具有中等极性的吸附树脂,用于吸附分子量高达 150,000 的化合物。最常用于吸附黄腐酸和腐殖酸、处理纸浆研磨废水以及去除样品中的醇类、表面活性剂和色素。

制备说明

DAX-8是一种盐吸收树脂,在使用前需要进行一些准备操作。在下面的实验方案中,您可以使用甲醇代替乙醇。
  • 首先,用2-3个床体积(BV)的蒸馏水冲洗吸附性树脂。
  • 在2 BV的95%乙醇中浸泡过夜。
  • 浸泡后,将树脂加入色谱柱,并用另外2 BV的95%乙醇进行冲洗。
  • 先用2 BV蒸馏水冲洗以将乙醇进行置换,然后用1 BV 4%(w/v)氢氧化钠、2 BV蒸馏水、1 BV 4%(v/v)盐酸进行冲洗,最后用蒸馏水冲洗直至洗脱液的pH变为中性。
