应用

Astec® CHIROBIOTIC® V手性HPLC色谱柱可用于通过填充柱超临界流体色谱法(pSFC)分离不同的外消旋化合物(ß-封闭剂、 ß-激动剂、苯二酚类、非甾体抗炎药、巴比妥酸盐、游离氨基酸和衍生氨基酸。还可用于手性液相色谱法分离人血浆中西酞普兰对映体及其两种N-去甲基代谢物和内标物阿普洛尔。此外,其还可用于手性液相色谱分析酮洛芬和氟比洛芬。
