一般描述
中性分子、酰胺、酸、酯和胺对这些基于万古霉素的CSP具有相当大的对映选择性。在极性离子模式下，在CHIROBIOTIC® V上可分离多种仲胺和叔胺。CHIROBIOTIC® V已被证明具有许多蛋白质固定相的分离特性，但又具有优异的稳定性和更高的样品容量。部分尚无采用其他手性固定相分离报道的手性分析物也已在其上得到分离。CHIROBIOTIC® V和V2的成键化学特性不同，载体颗粒的孔径不同，因而各自具有不同的灵敏度和制备能力。
