一般描述

六个可高压灭菌的精密微型模具,用于浇铸 3D 培养皿以形成较大的球状体。用于 12 孔板的 3D 培养皿。每个微型模具以 9 x 9 的阵列形成 81 个圆形凹槽。

  • 每个 3D 培养槽的标称尺寸:800 μm(直径) x 800 μm(深度)
  • 微型模具还形成用于细胞接种的单个腔室
当从微型模具中取出胶凝的琼脂糖后,将其转移到标准12孔或24孔组织培养皿中,并用细胞培养基平衡。
