玉米赤霉酮(Zearalanone, ZEA) ,又称F-2毒素,是由各种镰刀菌产生的非甾体雌性真菌毒素。禾谷镰刀菌Fusarium graminearum被认为是玉米赤霉酮的主要生产菌种。它常见于发霉的干草、高水分含量的玉米、收割前感染的玉米。
