Biochem/physiol Actions
α 2 -肾上腺素受体激动剂、镇静剂、肌肉松弛剂。
与氯胺酮一起使用时,甲苯噻嗪被认为是实验动物中一种强效和安全的麻醉剂。已知其可升高肝脏释放葡萄糖,从而加重高血糖症。
