Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)是一种DNA结合蛋白,由C端带负电荷的氨基酸和两个称为BOX A和B的DNA结合基序组成。HMGB1定位于人染色体13q12.3。坏死细胞和神经炎表达HMGB1。激活后的单核细胞和巨噬细胞释放HMGB1。
