General description
Williams培养基E由Williams和Gunn在Williams培养基D的基础上改良而成。培养基专用于支持成人肝脏上皮细胞的长期细胞培养。它是改良型最低必需培养基(MEM)，改变了葡萄糖和氨基酸的含量。
Application
Williams培养基E已用于培养人肝细胞癌(HCC)细胞和肝细胞。
Preparation Note
