应用
汉黄芩素水合物可用于增强奥沙利铂对胃癌细胞和斑马鱼移植瘤模型的细胞毒性以及检测其对成熟3T3-L1脂肪细胞脂联素表达和分泌的影响。
生化/生理作用
Wogonin 是一种抗炎药和 COX-2 抑制剂，可抑制 iNOS 和 COX-2 的诱导。Wogonin 抑制 COX-2（IC50 = 46 μM）而不影响 COX-1。Wogonin 抑制 iNOS 诱导，从而抑制激活诱导的 C6 胶质细胞死亡。具体而言，Wogonin 抑制 NF-κB 介导的 iNOS 诱导。
汉黄芩素可与化疗药物奥沙利铂协同使用，增强其对胃癌细胞的诱导凋亡和抗肿瘤作用。它还能提高氟尿嘧啶和紫杉醇的疗效。汉黄芩素的抗氧化功能可用于治疗神经退行性疾病和炎症。
