Biochem/physiol Actions

黏着斑蛋白是将F-肌动蛋白锚定到细胞膜上的几种相互作用蛋白之一。研究表明，分子相互作用序列可能与粘着斑的跨膜组装有关。黏着斑蛋白是细胞外基质与细胞质微丝系统的跨膜连接中的关键元素。在经过病毒转化的许多细胞类型中，黏着斑蛋白被重新分配至玫瑰花结或伪足小体。

General description

小鼠单克隆抗肌萎缩蛋白抗体（小鼠IgG1同种型）来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与人子宫黏着纯化斑蛋白免疫BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的hVIN-1 杂交瘤。黏着斑蛋白是一种细胞骨架蛋白，与细胞间和细胞-细胞外基质粘附连接的细胞质表面相关。 在肌肉中，黏着斑蛋白存在于闰盘（心肌）的粘附筋膜、肌腱接头（骨骼肌）、神经肌肉接头以及膜相关的平滑肌致密体中。
