毛蕊花苷，又称 毛蕊花糖苷，是一种亲水性植物化合物，首次从毛蕊花属植物中分离出来（Verbascum sinuatum L.）。毛蕊糖苷的化学结构包括羟基苯基乙基和肉桂酸部分，通过糖苷键与β-吡喃葡萄糖结合。
应用
毛蕊花苷已被：
- 用作高效液相色谱分析(HPLC)的参考标准品
- 用作参考标准品，通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)-二极管阵列检测器(DAD)-qTOF系统，对橄榄厂废水和废渣中酚类化合物进行检测
- 在HEP2细胞和A549细胞中检测对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的抗病毒活性
生化/生理作用
毛蕊花苷具有抗炎和光保护特性。它对PC12神经细胞具有神经毒性保护作用。在体外研究中，毛蕊花糖苷被证明是黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的有效抑制剂。
