毛蕊花苷,又称 毛蕊花糖苷,是一种亲水性植物化合物,首次从毛蕊花属植物中分离出来(Verbascum sinuatum L.)。[1]毛蕊糖苷的化学结构包括羟基苯基乙基和肉桂酸部分,通过糖苷键与β-吡喃葡萄糖结合。[1]

应用

毛蕊花苷已被:
  • 用作高效液相色谱分析(HPLC)的参考标准品[2]
  • 用作参考标准品,通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)-二极管阵列检测器(DAD)-qTOF系统,对橄榄厂废水和废渣中酚类化合物进行检测[3]
  • 在HEP2细胞和A549细胞中检测对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的抗病毒活性[4]

生化/生理作用
