General description

Immunogen
该合成肽与KLH偶联,其对应于具有N末端半胱氨酸的人UCP1序列(氨基酸145-159)。在大鼠和小鼠UCP1中的相应序列是相同的。
Physical form
溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水,pH 7.4,含有1%牛血清白蛋白以及15 mM叠氮化钠。
Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
