生化/生理作用
泛素化是泛素蛋白与底物蛋白结合的翻译后修饰过程。泛素化在细胞凋亡、蛋白质加工、免疫反应、DNA修复等生物学过程中对细胞信号传导的调控起着重要作用。泛素化通过泛素-蛋白酶体途径介导蛋白质降解。泛素化作用涉及多种细胞信号传导途径。多聚泛素化可调节炎症信号传导途径中NF-κ-B抑制剂α（IkB-α）的信号激活。在很多疾病中都可观察到泛素水平的升高，比如寄生虫病和过敏性疾病、酒精性肝病、ii型糖尿病、2-微球蛋白淀粉样变tβ2-微球蛋白淀粉样变以及慢性血液透析等。
制备说明
