一般描述

可在所有免疫测定中对抗体进行稀释的缓冲液。该缓冲液不含任何哺乳动物蛋白、磷酸盐、叠氮化钠或汞防腐剂，可用于稀释所有抗体，包括过氧化物酶偶联物和磷蛋白抗体。不适合稀释针对S100蛋白的抗体。

应用

用于稀释一抗或二抗。稀释的抗体可以在此缓冲液中在2-8°C下保存数周。
该通用抗体稀释缓冲液已被用于免疫印迹中。

  5. How are the Universal Antibody Dilution Buffers, Products U3635 and U3510, to be used?

    The dilution buffer can be used with either primary or secondary antibodies. It is "ready-to-use"; that is, the dilution buffer itself does not need to be further diluted before use.Dilute the antibody as recommended in the antibody manufacturer's protocol. Generally, antibodies that have been diluted with Product U3635/U3510 can be stored refrigerated at 2-8°C for several weeks.
