应用

尿酸钠盐已用于NaCl剂量滴定实验的等渗溶液。它已用于制成NaCl悬液,通过关节内注射实验动物诱发滑膜炎。

生化/生理作用

尿酸钠是尿酸的钠盐。它在痛风症机体的滑膜液中出现。尿酸钠可从尿液中沉淀出草酸钙。它还可逆转活性氧和氮代谢产物对明胶酶A活性的抑制作用。软组织中的尿酸钠过量会导致痛风石的产生。
