General description

泛素是一种大小约为8.5kD(76个氨基酸)的蛋白质,高度保守,在原核生物和真核生物中均存在。它可促进泛素/蛋白酶体途径中的蛋白质降解,并且在细胞内调节中也起关键作用。单克隆抗泛素抗体可用于免疫印迹和酶联免疫吸附测定以定位和检测泛素。小鼠抗泛素抗体在小鼠、人、牛和大鼠中可与泛素发生特异性反应。

Application
