海藻糖酶(Trehalase)是一种糖苷酶,具有多种形式,存在于所有组织中。属于碳水化合物活性酶(CAZy)类中的糖苷水解酶37(GH37)家族成员。

应用

海藻糖已用于:
  • 评价葡萄霜霉病菌感染葡萄藤叶的糖代谢变化

生化/生理作用

海藻糖酶可催化水解一分子海藻糖生成两分子葡萄糖。它介导飞行代谢、蜕皮诱导的几丁质合成和低温耐受。

单位定义

一个单位将在37°C、pH 5.7 下每分钟将 1.0μmol 海藻糖转化为 2.0 μg葡萄糖(pH 7.5 下测定释放的葡萄糖)。
