Biochem/physiol Actions

Features and Benefits

Tau基因跨越100 kb，有16个外显子，定位于人17q21染色体。成人大脑中已确定六种选择性剪接变体，变体大小范围为352-441个氨基酸 。 Tau 蛋白是微管相关蛋白（MAP）家族成员。主要在神经元中表达。
