General description

TGN46(反式高尔基体网络蛋白,46 kDa)是大鼠TGN38的人类同源物,是反式高尔基体网络(TGN)的固有整合膜蛋白,其可在TGN和质膜之间进行组成性循环,并通过内体返回。TGN是蛋白质分泌途径、脂质和膜运输的的主要分选细胞器。TGN46是一种高度糖基化的蛋白质,可能参与调节往返TGN的膜运输。TGN46包含信号肽、内腔结构域、跨膜结构域和胞质结构域。跨膜区域和胞质尾巴分别包含保留和回收信号,可用于TGN的定位。TGN46在细胞中广泛表达。
抗TGN46可识别人反式高尔基体网络蛋白2(TGN46)。通过免疫印迹对TGN46条带的检测可被免疫肽特异性抑制。

Immunogen

对应于人TGN46的氨基酸残基426-437的合成肽,N-末端添加有半胱氨酸,并与KLH偶联。与大鼠中的相应序列相同,与人的相应序列相差2个氨基酸。
