Biochem/physiol Actions

General description
Tgfb1(转化生长因子-β1,人)是由位于人染色体19q13.2的基因编码的25kDa肽。TGF-β1多肽由前体裂解而来。前体由疏水信号序列、前体区和成熟肽组成。在四碱基切割位点断开前体,获得由羧基端112个氨基酸组成的单体。Tgfb1的生物活性形式为二硫键连接的同二聚体。在哺乳动物中,已发现三种TGF-β亚型:TGF-β1、TGF-β2和TGF-β3。
