Application
Tris-HCl 缓冲液，pH 值为 10，10×，在应用抗体之前，抗原回收器已被用作福尔马林固定石蜡包埋 (FFPE) 组织切片上的热诱导抗原回收器。在免疫组织化学（IHC）中，最常用的固定剂如福尔马林通过其内在交联掩盖组织抗原（细胞、膜和核）。这种掩蔽导致 IHC 染色较差或不染色。在 FFPE 组织切片上使用 Tris-HCl 缓冲液、pH 10 或其他抗原修复液，提高了抗体对组织抗原的可及性。
Other Notes
偶尔缓冲液可能呈淡黄色，这是由于防腐剂的存在，不会影响缓冲液的功能。将配制好的 1′Tris-HCl 缓冲液（pH 值为 10，工作液）保存于 2-8℃条件下。
Preparation Note
