花旗松素(Taxifolin)或二氢槲皮素(dihydroquercetin)是天然产生的次级代谢物，存在于洋葱、奶蓟、花旗松树皮、法国海岸松树皮等多种植物中。

应用

(±)-花旗松素已用于评估其协同海藻糖对解冻后公羊精液的质量改善效果。它可用作高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的参考标准品，分析鬼罂粟P. orientale(POE)乙醇提取物的生物活性成分。

生化/生理作用

(±)-花旗松素具有抗炎、抗癌、抗病毒和抗微生物等多种药理活性。它具有神经保护和肝保护作用，也具有抗心血管疾病的保护作用。
