应用
3,3′,5,5′-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)是适用于ELISA程序的过氧化物酶底物。底物产生可溶的浅蓝色最终产物,并且可以在370或655nm下通过分光光度计读取。可以用2M H2SO4停止TMB反应(产生黄色溶液),并在450nm处读取数值。
