Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

β-微管蛋白属于微管蛋白亚家族，是微管的主要结构单元。β-微管蛋白的分子量为55kDa。β-微管蛋白的结构特征在于具有β-螺旋包围的两个α-折叠的核心。它还含有一个具有鸟嘌呤核苷酸结合区的N-末端结构域，一个具有紫杉醇结合位点的中间结构域，以及一个含有分子马达蛋白结合表面的C-末端结构域。人β-管蛋白由七种亚型组成（β（I 类）、βII（II 类）、βIII（III 类）、βIVa（IVa 类）、βIVb（IVb 类）、βV（V 类）和βVI（VI 类） ）。
抗-b-微管蛋白（小鼠IgG1同种型）单克隆抗体来自杂交瘤TUB 2.1，该杂交瘤由纯化的大鼠脑微管蛋白免疫小鼠，取其脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合而成。

本品为腹水液，含15 mM叠氮化钠作为防腐剂。

Preparation Note

若需连续使用，可在2-8°C下保存最长一个月。若需延长储存时间，可将溶液分装并在-20°C下冷冻。不建议反复冻融或存放在“无霜”冰柜中。如果长期储存时出现轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。若工作稀释样品在12小时内未使用完，则应丢弃。
