生化/生理作用
3,3′,5,5′-四碘甲腺乙酸 (Tetrac) 是一种L-甲状腺素 (T4)的 脱氨基类似物。 它可以防止T4和3,5,3′-三碘-L-甲腺原氨酸的促血管生成作用。 它是甲状腺整合素受体的拮抗剂。Tetrac可防止甲状腺激素的结合。
对大鼠的研究报道了 Tetrac 可能在体内条件下调节 TSH 分泌1。
