TiterMax Gold Adjuvant包含三种必需的组份：一种新的嵌段共聚物，CRL-8300，角鲨烯(一种可代谢的油)和山梨醇单油酸酯。
应用
TiterMax® Gold佐剂已用于：
- 乳化接种动物的可溶性抗原1 (Ag-1)，以从XenoMouse平台完全制备人单克隆抗体
- 将 GST-dGIPC（GAIP相互作用蛋白的果蝇同系物）蛋白注射到大鼠体内，产生dGIPC蛋白抗体
- 搭配磷酸盐缓冲盐水(PBS)中的果蝇 CtBP (dCtBP)蛋白，皮下注射到新西兰雌性兔体内
生化/生理作用
TiterMax Gold是一种新型的改进的油包水佐剂。通过开发一种新型嵌段共聚物，并从配方中去除二氧化硅，TiterMax Gold比TiterMax Classic具有更低的毒性和更有效的效果。 乳化剂中TiterMax Gold的最佳体积是TiterMax Classic的两倍。
