General description
Tyrode′s盐溶液(台氏液)专用于哺乳动物细胞。这种平衡盐溶液可用于稀释天然来源的蛋白质成分。平衡盐溶液的缓冲体系可维持培养基处于适宜的pH范围内(7.2-7.6),可维持细胞内外的渗透压平衡,用作冲洗和稀释用液。供给细胞水和大量无机离子,维持正常的细胞代谢。平衡盐溶液含有营养素可提供细胞代谢能源。
