General description
Tris-Tricine-SDS（TTS）电泳缓冲液是使用Schagger和von Jagow方法对蛋白质进行SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的阴极（上部储库）缓冲液。Schagger和von Jagow方法专用于分离小分子量蛋白质。它与Laemmli方法的不同之处在于使用tricine取代了甘氨酸，并且凝胶含有1M Tris-HCl，pH 8.45而不是0.375M Tris-HCl，pH8.9。将TTS缓冲液稀释10倍将获得含有100mM Tris、100mM tricine和0.1％SDS的1X阴极缓冲液。推荐电泳条件是125伏。
Application
Tris-Tricine-SDS缓冲液10×浓缩液适合用作支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）的聚丙烯酰胺分离的运行缓冲液。
Analysis Note
经测试用作阴极缓冲液，用于 Tris-三(羟甲基)甲基甘氨酸凝胶电泳分离低分子量的蛋白质。
