柠檬黄(Cl 19140)也称为酸性黄23,是一种多聚阴离子水溶性染料。作为一种磺酸染料,可通过对氨基苯磺酸与3-羧基-1-(4-磺酸苯基)-5-吡唑啉酮的反应合成。

应用

在使用离子对液相色谱-光电二极管阵列-电喷雾质谱检测器法对食品样品中柠檬黄进行测定时,可采用本品柠檬黄作为参考标准品。
柠檬黄也可用于荧光桃红-柠檬黄法染色细胞包涵体,如病毒聚集体和嗜酸性粒细胞颗粒。可替代Mallory三色染液中的橙黄G,也可配制甲基紫-柠檬黄混合液,染色粪涂片和黏膜刮片中的隐孢子虫。
