生化/生理作用
Tyrosinase is a copper-containing enzyme that catalyzes four steps in the melanin and catecholamine synthesis pathways. It catalyzes the formation of L-DOPA (L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine) in the brain and nervous system. It oxidizes monophenols and o-diphenols to o-quinones. The molecular mass is approximately 60 kDa.

While histological analysis represents a powerful tool for the classification of melanocytic lesions as benign or malignant, a clear-cut distinction between a nevus and a melanoma is sometimes a challenging step of the diagnostic process. The immunohistochemical detection of tyrosinase

Tyrosinase is the key enzyme that controls melanin formation in the human skin. We performed a screening of 96 extracts of mushroom cultures and fruiting bodies for examining their inhibitory activity against mushroom tyrosinase. The ethyl acetate extracts of culture

Tyrosinase is one of the key enzymes in mammalian melanin biosynthesis. Decreasing tyrosinase activity has been targeted for the prevention of conditions related to the hyperpigmentation of the skin, such as melasma and age spots. This paper is devoted to
