一般描述
分化簇10（CD10）也被称为膜金属内肽酶、中性内肽酶（NEP）、中性溶酶和常见急性淋巴细胞白血病抗原（CALLA）。它是一种90-110kDa的II型跨膜糖蛋白，通常由多种组织表达，包括前列腺、肾脏、肠、子宫内膜、肾上腺和肺的上皮细胞。该蛋白质具有胞质氨基末端结构域、跨膜疏水结构域和具有催化活性的细胞外结构域。编码该蛋白的基因位于人类染色体3q25.2上。
生化/生理作用
分化簇10（CD10）是一种锌依赖性金属蛋白酶，可切割疏水残基氨基侧的肽键，并可使多种生理活性分泌肽失活。它被认为是淀粉样蛋白-β肽（Aβ）的限速降解酶，其在神经组织中的异常错误折叠和聚集与阿尔茨海默病（AD）的发展有关。CD10还被确定为前B表型白血病细胞上的常见急性淋巴细胞白血病抗原（CALLA），因此在诊断人类急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）中起着最重要的生物标记作用。
外形
从经过0.22μm过滤的含有50 mM tris（pH 8.0）、150 mM NaCl的溶液中冻干得到。通常添加甘露醇或海藻糖作为保护剂。
重悬
打开前离心小瓶。用无菌 PBS (pH 值为 7.4) 复溶至 50μg/ mL 的浓度。切勿涡旋。该溶液可在 2-8°C 下储存长达 1 个月。对于长期存储，建议储存温度为 -20°C。
