一般描述
胞苷脱氨酶（CDA）是一种清除外源和内源性胞苷和2′-脱氧胞苷的酶，可用于UMP合成。该蛋白是负责维持细胞嘧啶池的几种脱氨酶之一。CDA还可催化化学疗法胞嘧啶核苷类似物（如阿拉伯呋喃糖基胞苷（Ara-C）和5-氮胞苷）的脱氨基反应，从而导致其细胞毒性和抗肿瘤功能丧失。
生化/生理作用
胞嘧啶脱氨酶（CDA）主要在粒细胞中表达，可以形成同源四聚体。在N端与His标签融合的重组人CDA蛋白，其在大肠杆菌中表达并通过常规色谱进行纯化。
外形
0.5 mg/mL，溶于含有100 mM NaCl、1 mM DTT、2 mM EDTA和40％甘油的20 mM Tris-HCl缓冲液（pH 8.0）中。
