SerpinC1 又称抗凝血酶 III (AT III)，已被发现是弥散性血管内凝血 (DIC) 的标志物，对脓毒症患者有预后意义。 肝脏合成的抗凝血酶 III 是血凝蛋白酶的主要血浆丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂，通过形成共价连接复合物抑制凝血酶和其他因子如 Xa。因此，它是最重要的凝血抑制剂之一，也是肝素治疗操作的基础酶。存在肝素和其他糖胺聚糖时，AT III 的抑制活性显著增加。抗凝血酶 III 介导促进前列腺素释放，前列腺素是白细胞活化和许多促炎细胞因子下调的抑制剂。除抗凝机制外，还具有抗炎属性。AT III 的缺乏或功能异常可能导致血栓栓塞性疾病的风险增加，如深静脉血栓形成和肺栓塞。此外，据报道，AT III 可通过抑制 NF（核因子）-κ 改变或影响炎症过程B 活化或肌动蛋白聚合。在 15 mg/100 mL 正常血清中发现。由于在凝血过程中与凝血酶复合，在血浆中发现的水平高于血清。临床上，水平降低提示高凝状态。 减少抗凝血酶 III 的水平可增强肾缺血/再灌注损伤的严重程度。
General description
SerpinC1 又称抗凝血酶 III (AT III)，是丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂超家族的一员。该基因定位于人类 1 号染色体。SerpinC1 是一种糖蛋白，具有 3 个 β-表和 9 个 α-螺旋。该蛋白具有活性站点区域和肝素结合站点。
