PLAU(纤溶酶原激活物,尿激酶)基因定位于人类染色体 10q22.2
尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物又称 PLAU 和 uPA。人 uPA 最初合成为 431 个氨基酸前体,N 端信号肽(20 个残基)。单链分子被加工成不同分子量的二硫键连接的双链分子。从 Ser21(长型)和 Lys156(短型)开始,A 链以两种形式存在。长、短 A 链分别为高、低分子量形式所特有。长 A 链包含一个负责结合 PLAU 受体的EGF(表皮生长因子)样结构域。B 链对应于催化域。编码它的基因定位于10号人类染色体。

生化/生理作用

外形
用0.22μm 过滤的 HEPES、NaCl 和 CaCl2 溶液冻干。冻干前一般加入 5-8% 甘露醇或海藻糖作为保护剂。
重悬
打开前离心小瓶。用无菌 PBS(pH 值为 7.4)重建至 50μg/ mL 的浓度。避免涡旋。该溶液可在 2-8°C 下储存长达 1 个月。对于长期存储,建议储存温度为 -20°C。
