Z-RLRGG-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for the MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2 papain-like protease (PLpros), deubiquitinating enzyme isopeptidase T (IPaseT) and other ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases, which consists of the Ub and ISG15 C-terminal sequences. Z-RLRGG-AMC excitation wavelength is 340 nm, and emission wavelength is 460 nm.
