生化/生理作用
L-012是鲁米诺类似物,是培养物和动物体内广泛使用的活性氧和氮物质(RONS;ROS & RNS)化学发光(CL)探针。L-012显示出比鲁米诺、光泽精和MCLA显着更高的CL产量和灵敏度。L-012(LumH2)不是直接与超氧阴离子(O2−)反应,而是通过单电子氧化(在H2O2存在下由过氧化物酶催化)转化为LumH·自由基形式,然后与氧气(O2)反应生成O2−和L-012醌(q-Lum)。O2−依次与LumH·自由基反应,最终导致内过氧化物分解以发出发光。在较小的范围内,H2O2也可以与q-Lum反应产生发光。尽管对NADPH氧化酶衍生的RONS不是特异性的,但L-012也通常用于筛选NADPH氧化酶抑制剂。
